Another member on here, and I purchased a lot of Lincoln cents all high grades. It was a spur of the moment deal... just wondering your take on this specimen. Using the sellers images what would you grade it? Thanks in advance
Just wanted to use this specimen as a barometer on the rest of the lot as to how they graded,as it seems they all were on the same grading submissions I do believe. s-l400-14.jpg

I'm at 65 or 66. Tough from those images.

Brightened up a little bit to take a closer look.

Fields look nice... hard to tell how the luster presents under good light- if I had to guess I'd wager 65RB. Might be in a RD holder. Nice coin!

I will venture to say Mint State 64+ Red-Brown.

Two things I notice...the definition of the cheek is lower than that of a lot of finer RB examples; the carbon spot above the L in LIBERTY. It's not a distracting mark but none the less it's there.

Two examples of cheeks on coins graded at 65...:

Well if you'r moving through Maryland I know for a fact there's only 1 road you'll take.....unless you stopped at Walmart for Depends;)
Because oh say I can't see you heading over the Key bridge.....sometning to do with winds and 180 feet from the deck to the Patapsco river and the inner harbor.

+1...I would be surprised if it was lower than 65 RB...looks like a very nice coin too!

@ValpoBeginner that also looks like a nice example. I would recommend starting another thread (as it gets confusing in one thread) and posting both sides.
