    Nice well used penny.
    If it goes to eBay I’d guess it would sell about $3-8
    A nice saver if it was found for 1 cent, it’s a super winner for a hole filler
    A first year of issue, they were heavily saved over the years
    Not as impressive as that 1995 DDO you found

    My "go to" way of distinguishing a proof is to look at the edge. If the edge is at a 90 degree angle, it's a proof. If it's chamfered, it's not.

    Too bad about it being cleaned. Without that $10-$15.
    in the current condition maybe $5 tops?
