I was wondering if anyone knows the value of a 1909 s-vdb penny which has been graded by ANACS VG-08. The coin has been cleaned that's the problem. I'm having Trouble finding an accurate price. Thanks!

Somewhere around $500 to $600 but a lot depends on what it really looks like. Pictures would definitely help.

It really depends on how it looks as RLM said. Collectors pay more for a lightly cleaned coin versus one that's been harshly cleaned and is ugly. Nonetheless, at least it's been authenticated and a genuine cleaned coin will actually be worth a lot more than a cleaned, suspect raw one.
