Beside the double eye, and the double mouth. There's also a strange ring on the neck of Mister Lincoln. Any comments "welcome".

Don't see a double eye and mouth.
The "ring" I think you're pointing to is part of the design.

 

The double eye and mouth you think you are seeing is just circulation markings. agreed with dt menace.

 

The second mouth is shaped "incuse"; but the second eye, is High relief shaped over the normal surface. Then; the second mouth; may be is a scratch or mark circulation. But in the second eye No body, can add material by circulation.
