1908 S Indian Head Cent - RPM?

Is this an RPM on my 1908 S IHC?

I can't tell with the blue ballpoint pen marking on the coin.

 

Is there a known RPM for this?
If not it could be an "added mint mark".

 

Pics are through a slab and aren't great, but I don't see a blue pen's mark.

 

There is a RPM, but I'm not sure it looks the same - I was hoping someone here would know it better than I do.
