I've been collecting coins for about 30 years off and on, and recently started to get more serious about it but have almost no experience in identifying & valuing coins with one-off type errors. This coin appears to have a lamination error across the neck. 1st Question - Is this a lamination error? 2nd Question - Is there any standard pricing information on lamination errors, cud errors, offset strikes, etc. If there are no standard resources for these types of errors, is there any basic formula anyone would suggest (like add 20% for a lamination error)? Thanks for any help you can provide!
