XF-40 to 45, $9.00 to $12.00 is my best guess without the coin in hand. The cheek shows wear and the tips of the feathers from the picture. I am sure others will give their expertise. This is the highest minted date of the series; with lots of AU and MS coins available.
The ribbon is flat with the hair, meaning EF should rightfully be removed from consideration even if the TPG's do not always adhere to this "rule". Technically, you're likely looking in the lower VF range. Such late date coins are very plentiful, especially in similar conditions, and means value-wise you're not looking at much, unfortunately. With the understanding things may have somewhat changed in the last five or so years (although I doubt it), such coins used to be regularly found for a few, maybe five bucks or so straight retail.
