1905 Indian head penny unicorn 9? Also looks like possible a rpd what do you think

    So Im going there all my Indian head pennys and I spotted this I noticed a Spike at the top of 9 in the date and I think I see part of the first struck one on the left side? What do you think I appreciate any help is it a repunched date?
