It looks like this coin has a fill - does it diminish the value? What grade would you think this is, and what do you think a fair price would be:
Yes the coin has been holed and then repaired. Yes it reduces the value greatly but there is no fixed number that can be applied be each individual collector has to estimate the value of problem coins for themselves. And problem coins are also considered ungradeable and your pics are not really good enough for me to estimate the remaining detail but based on what I can see I'd say it has between F and VF details.
