I have a 1904 Morgan here that I am hoping others can chime in on and let me know possible grade. Thanks! (sorry pic isn't better)

XF45 - AU53, I would say, but I'll defer to the cartwheel specialists.

Photos of the reverse, please. Your coin gets half a grade. :)

lol, I know. I left the photos of the reverse at home on my pc. I will try to get it on later this evening. Any guesses as to the grade of the obverse though?

Nope--not without the reverse. Remember, a coin is graded by its worst side--for example if the obverse is MS 61, but the reverse shows high point wear on the eagle's breast and is AU 58, the coin grades AU 58--the lowest side prevails. Also, how can one tell what mint it is without the reverse? :) :)

Since the obverse on Morgans is usually the worst side , I'd say around AU-50 .

I was actually going to ask if this was '04-O, to try to factor in a weaker strike. Morgandude's point about the reverse is absolutely true, in any case.

I know, and I agree, I will get a pic of the reverse tonight and get it up here tomorrow.

And no, it's not an "o".

I've seen coins a lot worse than that obverse given MS status by top tier graders. If the reverse is OK, I'd say it might be an Unc. The coin does seem to lack luster, but it may be the photo and not the coin (not to mention, many lusterless Morgan dollars are graded 60+). I am not an expert on Morgan dollars, though I went through a phase of amassing them at one point.

I'd say at least AU (with a good reverse).

Ok here is the reverse. The pictures are not near good enough but there are scratches on the cheek and that line that stretches from her nose up to the E is a scratch.

Definite wear on the eagles breast , Still an AU coin . Scratches don't really affect a grade below MS .

    I think I'm with rzage -- AU-50.

I would say Au-50 range. Worth around $45 dollars.
