Photograder is awful representation for many coins and grading. This coin looks between 58-63 to me. Real bummer about the jaw. There is abrasion on the surface, sometimes they get through TPGs and sometimes they don't.
AU58 details-damaged. Also appears from those images to have been dipped imo, but that's a tough call. I would not pay that much for it, personally. Not interested in spending that kind of money on a coin with so many questions in my mind.
