Ok I've been after this puppy for a long time now... Missed a chance at a 61 because they wanted 500 for it (NGC/PCGS list at the time was 160) (also because it was being sold by AuctionKings made me hesitate and it sold) I'm looking to stay 500 or under. For over 3 months the only certified BINs start at 1k+ that's ok for a s or an o or even a p in 65 or higher but right out of my budget.. Only ones i've seen at shows or shops have been in the higher grades and priced accordingly. I KNOW there are lower MS PLs for the 1903, but finding one is killing me lol.... So thought for once I'd try here and see what happens. So I say a P but thats because an s or an o start at 500 for an ms60... I'd be happy to buy one for only 500 hehe Will also consider trades if you've seen something I've posted in the past or are hunting that I may have .. I may not ever sell my coins but i've traded many lol...
