Anyone have any idea on this one? I appreciate any feedback in advance! 1) Is it a true VAM3? 2) If question 1 is Yes, is it fairly rare? 3) Price range? Thanks again. Link to VAM3 on vamworld.com - http://www.vamworld.com/1903-P+VAM-3
It looks like it is probably a Vam-3. The thing about Vams, most don't really carry much of a premium if any. Lots of people myself included like to attribute our own collections, but the only Vams that I know of that have much premium are the TOP 100 and Hot 50 Vams. And even then you have to look at past auctions to really determine a price. Only a few of the most popular ever make it into any priceguides. Hope this helps. Other may have more to add
Thanks, bigjpst. That makes sense, and I appreciate your response. I am interested if anyone else has any idea on price. If the consensus is no premium, that is okay. Just learning. Spencer
It does look like it may be a VAM-3 which is an R-3 (hundreds of thousands) so it isn't rare. Another clue is that there is no price history provided at the bottom of the VAMWorld description which means that it is not in too much demand. More than likely, it would probably sell close to grade, VAM or no VAM. Chris
