I believe this to be an honest MS63, with minimal marks and some color around the devices but nothing too distracting. In an early PCGS holder with the green label, and it lives up to it's nickname - rattler. eBay prices are all over the place for this piece, but most seem to center on PCGS list price: $60. I think that's a fair price - I will include shipping and PayPal fees. PM if interested.
