I posted here awhile back asking questions about how to go about getting this pennP graded and received great advice.
I took in the penny to a coin dealer and they said if this coin could be graded as it is graded now it could be valued at at aleast 5 digits.
So I'm sending it in to the graders next week and will let you all know what the outcome will be.

I note that you said the dealer used the word "if" which makes me think that he didn't want to commit himself one way or the other. Please let us know the outcome.

Hi there. Do you know that MS67 is a VERY high grade for an Indian cent? I think your coin is not even close to gem BU. But I can’t really see it on the pictures provided.

You are aware that it’s in a self-slab holder and the number on the label is totally meaningless? I’d crack it out and provide better pictures in order to get better feedback.

That is the big thing, if it grades at ms67. You have a nice coin there but I don't think it is anywhere near ms67. If you can post better pictures before sending it we may be able to tell you more.

Did he also say that it can come back MS 63 and be $50?
I can't tell from the photo. So IDK if it has been cleaned, or circulated.

The slab it's in is not a professional slab. It was graded by someone in their basement. If you are going to have this IHC professionally graded then first remove it from its current slab and post well lit clear photos of both sides. We should be able to tell you more before you send it in. MS-66 is a high grade for IHC. I doubt this is a 67.

I must say they are about the worst images I've seen. You'll be lucky if it comes back MS 63. Good luck
