Going through some low grade IHC I had purchased in a lot, I found this oddity. It's not listed in the Cherrypickers Guide, but I don't have the Snow reference book. There appears to be a diagonal strike across the top of the 1, as well as a ghostly 1 out in front of the date.

Is this a repunched date variety, or just odd wear / damage it accumulated over the last 119 years? 20200328_160500.jpg 20200328_160508.jpg 20200328_160048.jpg

Sorry, but that is not a 1. Just some type of damage on a well circulated coin
