Hello, I would like to know if this coin is VAM-14A (weak crack) or VAM-29A (strong crack). The picture doesn't show what I see. However, the bottom of crack the metal is little above than upper of crack. However, in reverse, there are strong crack at "TES" (States) that enough to show bump on text itself as well. Your input will be appreciate.

If it's VAM-29A then it may be best grade has been found based on population?

Sorry, but your specimen doesn't even come close to matching, either, the 14A or 29A. I think I mentioned before that die cracks are very common, so it isn't unusual to find other 1900-O with cracks around the date. You should try matching your coin exactly with all the markers in a particular description, including any possible doubling or clashing.
