19?? Lincoln cent 2.8gr + Die adjustment or capped die?

Please help,... Today I found this in a roll.

First thing I noticed was the weak struck Obv./Rev.,... then the weight. Please look at pics and give me your thoughts.

The weak struck seems to be post mint damage it may be a very old penny

 

It is neither a capped die nor a die adjustment strike. Also, the weight differential is within tolerance. Just a victim of years of circulation and heat apparently.
