19?? Jefferson Nickel - Could be a Mint Error??

    Hi again Guys,
    The case now is a coin I have since I bought a Lot of Cents, Fives, Dimes and Quarters (more than 300 pieces in a lot) a long time ago.
    Now, when i gave a new look at the lot, I saw this weird case.
    Probably is nothing but a case of post mint damage, but I prefer to hear your comments about, just to be sure.
    So, what do you think about it?
    Any comments are appreciated.
