1899 Russian Coin Nicholas II

    This is a coin I acquired about five years ago, but didn't really find the meaning of this coin until a couple of weeks ago. I was just wondering what do you all think of this coin? Should I get it TPG'd? What should I do with it?

    10 roubels 1899: gold .900, weight - 8,6026, mintage - 27600000. Value in Russia - about 350$.

    It's really not in a high enough grade for it to be worth it getting TPGed.
