1899-P Morgan Dollar

    Okay, how about some grade opinions on this Morgan. Personally, I think it's is in the AU-58 range. There appears to be some of the (usual) uncirculated powdery texture missing from the eagles breast feathers and the hair is a little slick. I'll say this coin must have been beautiful when it was struck. Too bad it saw some saddlebag action...

    Pretty nice Morgan. :thumb: It looks like a lot of it's luster is missing, IMO. Might be wrong, just something about it. Has the start of some very nice toning. Very pretty. I would go between, AU-61. It is still though another pretty lady. :thumb:

    Thanks. I'm have a pretty good eye when it comes to coins, (about the only thing lol) but to me it is pretty obvious. :thumb: Keep them coming.
