some body is trying to sell it to me but I want to make real sure it's real , she wants $500.00 for it.

The sellers photos are too blurry to tell authenticity. What I can tell you is that unless it is an 1898-S in very high grade it is not worth anywhere close to $500. Do a search on eBay for the coin and MM. See what they sell for. Look at sold listings. This will give you general market prices. Good luck and try to post much clearer photos of obverse and reverse if you can
She's bringing it to you now? Is it listed on Craigslist? I hope you aren't meeting her at your home. Chris
