No photo = No grade

Your coin would need to grade AT LEAST MS-64 to warrant the grading fees.

its worth about any were for 50 cents - $2

 

why so low

It's hard to tell the exact grade from the photos, but I would say your coin is at least AU-50-- I see a very strong LIBERTY and all 4 diamonds. You might want to check your coin against these coins in the PCGS Photograde Guide:

Looks Cleaned, altered, and porous, but that might just be my head at 90 degrees

 

The only think I can tell from the pictures is it looks AU. The glare off the coin and the dark color can make it look worse than it is. I also when I expanded the obverse it looked like a little green spot of verdigris on the lips.

 

Thanks the color of my coin matches the AU-53

 

yea It doesn't look clean in real life though, and what do you mean by altered

 

the verdigris thing is the shade with the magnifying glass its not there

 

The reason I say this, I have a indian head someone gave me that looks the same, and I always thought it had those problems. Altered as in the color of the coin doesn't look good to me. For an AU coin I think it should be lighter brown

 

Whatever you do, don't have it graded unless you want to protect a sentimental coin
