    ms-63 that dig on her face knocks it from a 65 in my opinion, it is so distracting it actually focuses the eye away from the beauty.

    I am sorry but I believe that an MS-63 might even be tough! Although the coin has very little damage on the surface of the Reverse, there are just too many scratches, rub and digs on the Obverse combined with the rim damage on the Reverse, I just don't see it getting past MS-62.
