It might make VG details -- like @Morgandude11 said, it's hard to tell from these pictures -- but it's damaged. That reverse rim ding at 7:00 looks like it was deep enough to dent up the front of the coin. I bet that if you could look at the edge of the coin you'd call it "bent". Not sure whether the missing E in ONE is a strikethrough, or something else going on.
That is what I was thinking about the missing "E" in One. Looks like struck through grease. Yes it is bent. VG details.
In hand it looks VG. No matter it is a hole filler for my Barber dime book. I didn't realize it has a strike through.
I understand your desire for it to be a VG as it’s a semi-key date. Only 666,000 of them were minted so according to the Red Book a G-4 coin of this date and mint mark is valued at $65.00. It is damaged and as you said “Yes, it is bent”. That alone Lowe’s the grade but I see no letters in the word LIBERTY. That makes it a G grade with details. It is a good coin to have and is a great hole filler. Not saying you are but coin collectors tend to push the grade as do some dealers. I grade conservatively so I’m not disappointed later.
I'm thinking that a well-focused and well-lit photo would show some letters of LIBERTY. Try shooting it with light coming in at a shallow angle from the side.
And try taking the photo a little further away. Then crop it to full size and it should still be clear.
When I look at the coin in hand, I see letters of liberty. This is a scan of the coin. I have to learn how to use my phone to take pictures.
Something is wrong with my new scanner. Small coins come out weird unless they are in a 2X2. Maybe I shouldn't post coins till I learn how to use my phone.
