1897 ihc

I bought this coin today for 3.50 was it worth it? What grade would you say. Thanks

Looks about right for the money, looks to be a fine, liberty is a little weak to warrant that grade.

 

But it's harshly cleaned. Anyway, $3.50 isn't too bad... similar grades are selling (or trying to be sold) for double that:
