    I don't think I can go Mint State on this one.

    From the photos, it looks like there's wear on her hair (above the ear), her liberty cap and the eagle breast feathers.

    I gotta go AU-58 on this one...

    Looks AU. The area on the back cap looks funnny also or it may be the picture.

    I'd guess AU55.

    The photo is cut off at the date. Make sure you check the denticles below the 8. There's a Morgan variety (VAM 19) on the Top 100 list that adds a small premium. It has one or two curves in the denticles from a misplaced 8.
