I'm usually a paper money guy, but I've had these two coins in my collection for a while. Been chewing over submitting them for grading.

Thoughts on what these might grade?
Do either look cleaned or problematic? Would the surface scratches and rim dings on the 1913 be an issue?

The 1896 is quite a bit darker in hand than the 1913, I'm assuming that's just due to environmental factors? Thanks in advance.

Not an expect on these, but I don't have good feelings about them.

I wouldn’t go past 45 on either. I don’t knkw the value of these but I would doubt that the time and expensive into grading would really be worth it.

Those scratches probably would not detail it; probably chalked down to bag marks and get a grade downgrade to match
