1895 S Barber Dime Error?

    Picked up this hole filler real cheap. Could be an error, could be damage.....no idea.

    No noticeable Blakesley effect. If it is, it's negligible.

    At first I thought it might be a "Ragged Clip" but after seeing the last two photos of the edge, I'm not so sure. What do you guys think? @Fred Weinberg ? @paddyman98 ?

    These older plachets had a crazy mixture if metals. I think it was just a defective planchet that cracked and fell apart in the area in question.
