I would go F details, damaged, authentic. Straight grade to me is F12. Is that a scratch on the reverse, or a die line?
Probably a technical F, with that damage likely would come back VG details. Probably G money for value, the scratches probably wouldn't have been a value death sentence, but that cheek is really going to hurt it

Too bad about the scratches on both sides. This is a very desirable date. Without the scratches as high as $400 and with the scratches $200? It's a matter of what someone is willing to pay for a damaged problem coin.
I have an obverse damaged fine details coin listed on ebay right now that I had no clue was going to garner so much interest but it's a key date morgan (89 CC). 2 days left has 26 bids already around $400 (I was expecting it to sell for MAYBE 400 so I'm thrilled it may hit 500+ the way it's going). So from my sample size of one, people are willing to pay for key dates even with problems.
I agree with Net: G. In other words, Fine detail but worth the price of a Good. Some would pay a bit more than others as hard as it is to build a matched set in Fine or Very Fine.
