    I don't think it will grade. Too much black on the reverse.

    While the pictures are not the best, it looks like a Fine Details coin. The corrosion on the reverse suggests some sort of environmental damage.

    In this condition, maybe $10 dollars. If it didn't have the blackish corrosion on the reverse, it would of had a value in the $25-30 range in VF.
