    Steve,although that is a worn coin,at least it has real character.It is still a nice find though.

    I reckon that any silver coin bearing the Carson City Mint's mintmark is worth hanging onto,as a number of them are scarce,not just in $1 coins.

    That is a beautiful morgan! Looks at least F15 to me. What did ANACS grade it?

    anacs gave it a fine 12...i love the look of silver dollars as they age and wear. they deveop much character..thanks all for looking and sharing your comments...steve
