I just picked this one up. Graded AU-58 by PCGS .
I really am not seeing the wear.
Beautiful coin I think . The cheek scratches are on the holder.
Curious what everyone here thinks on the grade. IMG_7082.jpg Screen Shot 2020-08-27 at 6.48.29 PM.jpg IMG_7085.jpg Screen Shot 2020-08-27 at 6.48.06 PM.jpg Screen Shot 2020-08-30 at 8.57.33 PM.jpg

That is very close to ms 60. I would grade it higher myself than AU 58. Nice coin!

Some AU58 coins actually look nicer than many MS60 coins.

True so true . This one doesn’t have wear that I can see but has a little cheek cabinet rub . Loving this coin regardless

Actually this coin is struck pretty well for an "O" minted coin.
There is a lot of chatter on the coin surfaces which probably degraded it
especially on the obverse - Good Looking coin.

I agree she looks like a strong 62 or maybe a 63 in hand . I think it got the Au grade do to being so rare in MS that’s my thought . Not that AU58 is real common on this vam
