1889 O Morgan.. with some doubling on the Date.. Machine? Die Wear?

I agree, VAM 6, which is in the top 100 nice find! There also is some slight doubling on the 9, and the O mintmark should be closer to the ribbon than usual. VAMworld - 1889-O VAM-6

Hard to tell without seeing the reverse but, I would say VF condition. The big problem is that rim ding on the obv, that is going to affect the grade.

 

You have to grade it at around VF-30 and add that there is a rim ding.

The VF-30 is actually the grade and has not been adjusted downward because of the ding.
