1888 over 7? Indian head penny

I have what looks like it's a 1888 over 7 Indian Head penny. It has what I believe to be all the markings that you look for, it's 8 over something thats for sure and it has the extra bronze cud at 9:00. Please take a look and tell me what you think. :thumb:

Corroded. It's a no can do. I just finished reading Rick Snow's section on this exact coin and that's not it- the bottom of the seven is just under the bottom of the 8 I believe with the authentic one. Even in the Remotest chance it was, it is too corroded to tell. Sorry, Just MHO's

 

I have a 1888 8 over 7 i dont know exactly what to look for, but i have a 7 right under neath the last 8. looks like a leg without a foot. and to the top left of the (last 8) shows the top of the 7. I cant show a picture but in my best knowledge its in VG or better condition very readable but small. so you need a good eye like mine to see it. Or buy one of those exspesive eye tools to see small dates and marks on coins.

If you are talking about the area I have circled in red, that is not where the tail should appear. It is supposed to be where I have the green arrow.
