Do you think this rare date 1886 Liberty V Nickel is real?

I don’t have so much experience with this date so mostly asking because it was bought raw and that it’s a rare date. Asking for a friend.

Looking at the photo at NGC, I got a bit curious about the 6-digit that I think looks a bit different on the coin in question. The last photo of the digit 6 on coin in mint state (lighter) is from NGC. https://www.ngccoin.com/coin-explorer/liberty-head-five-cents-pscid-23/1886-5c-ms-coinid-13847

    Thanks for any inputs!

If he bought it from a dealer, send it somewhere for authentication. If it comes back NG, ask for a refund.
