I won this on a late bid , I took a chance with the bad pictures do to the seller having a perfect rating with lots of sales , return privileges and a cheap price for the vam.
Seller States uncirculated which I can see but its hard to see what the luster looks like and all the bag marks minus the big ones near the ear on the cheek .
    Hoping it's a decent coin.

That VAM typically comes uncirculated, and I don't see anything in those pictures to make me concerned that it's not. My only concern is that what is most likely just a smudge in the upper left obverse field contains a patch of hairlines from the coin being wiped. Cool VAM. Clashed "E" VAMs are always popular.

that wouldn't surprise me . I am always nervous buying raw coins from bad photos. It was super cheap at least and if it looks wiped I may just return it

just come today and this coin is nice id say 63+ , definitely not cleaned, whatever smudge was there was either on the camera or holder.
