It really depends at what grade the coin will trade. It may or may not actually be MS-64. I would say it's reasonable that this coin is at least AU, and we'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say MS-64 is the top of the range. That puts the retail price in the $125 - $200 range, with a likely dealer buying price of $95-$140.
