I have an entire vile of these coins.....where would be the best place to try to sell them? Thanks candjpa
1883-O are pretty available as a MS64 is worth only around $45-50. 8,725,000 were minted so according to my Morgan book, they are quite plentiful in MS condition. You might get lucky if you have some DMPL samples. As for selling them...work on your photo skills and post a few on ebay and see what you get.
How big is a vile? Make sure you check for VAMs (varieties). There are several dozen for that year/mint... even one 1883-O on the Top 100 list (the VAM-4 with repunched O/O). In MS63, it lists for $75, $125 for MS64, and $350 in MS65. PL and DMPL examples have not yet been found. Good luck.
