So I broke down today and bought one. I was waiting to find a really nice one to add to the growing collection and today I found her! She only has a light touch of wear in her hair above the eyebrow...is a stunner! And she only cost me 7.49 :hail: Best part is, after the purchase I sit down with my trusty loope and guess what I found... She has a clear double strike on the reverse side  :thumb: Needless to say this new little beauty made my day
Here's a 1883 same coin with no cents with a die chip, and a major die break on the date in ef condition. I have been trying to see the value on this one no results . When you look at the date in hand you think it;s a 1888 ,wish it was big bucks. I will pass it off as an 1888 on Feebay JUST KIDDING I will show everbody the obverse ,when the other guy put his pics up Now were;s your piics? Jazzcoins Joe
Stupid movers broke my camera and I am not spending 25bucks for a professional to take a pic of a 7.00 coin :mouth: Gotta get another one...a good camera so I can show off the coinage
If I were you i would let the movers deduct it of the moving fees Sorry to hear that. Jazzcoins Joe:whistle:
The 1883 No Cents is one of my favorite coins. I think the story behind it is very interesting, passing off gold plated one's as five dollar gold pieces. I just picked up an NGC MS64 for a very good price. I'm looking forward to the pics of yours.
