If you notice in this picture the reverse is not aligned as the front of the coin is. Is this common on Morgans or do I have a interesting coin??

Small rotations like that are common and add nothing to the value. It is not until they get 90° and greater that they get a little interest. And that is not just Morgans, but any coins.

It looks to be within Mint tolerances for die rotation, but your photos are slightly misleading. The obverse shot was taken at more of an angle with the slab tilted a little to the left. The slab in the reverse photo appears to be closer to perpendicular. Because of this, the comparison of the coin's relative positioins is slightly skewed.
