I have an 1881-S Morgan Silver Dollar that has a possible "S/O" punch error on the Obverse side and what looks like various errors on the reverse side; on the bottom and top of the "S" in States, and on the left side of the "I" and "N." Can you let me know what you think? Thanks!

Filled and worn out. On the letters, those are strike imperfections and wear.

It's just die deterioration as the "filled and worn out" suggests.
