It is very hard to tell from these photos but it looks to me as a slight amount of wear on the Obverse on the Cap and Cheek on Face. The Reverse appears to have slight wear on the tips of the wings and secondary surfaces. Maybe even light cleaning. Based upon these photos it looks to be an AU58. The Greysheet lists this coin in that condition to be 19.00 bid and 20.50 ask. To a dealer you should get around $17.00-$19.00 as this is a very common date. To another collector maybe $24-$28. MS63 Greysheet pricing is $38-42 but I do not think this a MS coin.
Cant tell from the scans how the luster looks, but it does have MS details. So cant really give a grade, looks like a nice Morgan though! Try getting macro pics if you can.
