    Does a 1881p Morgan from the GSA horde have any premium over a regular one?

    No, it is not an especially attractive coin.

    Yes, but not that much of a premium. The GSA flatpacks are getting scarce and are worth some premium. I would think $10 to $15 dollars over what the raw coin would be worth.
