This is one of many coins collected over the years ,I have collected a lot of coins through purchases and metal detecting across the country but until recently I have never graded these or trusted a coin dealer to review them for me, this has a few nicks but I think it has never been in circulation ,cotton balls sharp, leafs sharp, hair crisp, eagle has all feathers, but the 0 on 1880 has a small offset I'll get a close up friday of the 0.

    thanks

  3. It would be preferable if you could post something other than a .bmp... those pictures are also quite small.

see if you can get bigger pictures and save as maybe a .jpeg :)

    JPEG vs BMP

Sorry I did not know it made a difference of how it looked , I will always try to post it as a jpeg .
I will have to set my camera for a smaller picture resolution it takes 7.5 megapixel pictures and it won't upload.
    thanks for the input.:stooge:

It look to be MS-60 maybe higher with better photo's

  7. what you need to do is upload them at a high resolution and shrink them down to about, 500x500 pixels, and save as a jpeg... usually you can't go wrong with that.

make sure when you shrink it though, you are using something to maintain quality (you can do this in photoshop... ctrl+alt+I, i believe).

Yeah. I think it is higher than MS60. I can't tell for sure from the pics though.
