1880 S extremely common date and in that condition $30-$40 your poll doesn't make any sense and not needed.
] Potty is just saying that not every thread needs a poll. You would get better answers if you take it out of the flip and then take some photos, It looks AU.
In that condition I can find them in junk silver dollars at my LCS as it’s a common date. What I can’t tell is if it’s an overdate and there are two varieties so check the date closely.
