1879-CC and 1904-S Morgan Dollars - Grade and Value?

    Seller's photos, so I apologize in advance for the size. But I think they're good enough to grade. My guess at the grades (please correct me if I'm wrong):
    1879-CC: VF-20
    1904-S: VG-08
    1879-cc obv.png 1879-cc rev.png 1904-s Obv.png 1904-s Rev.png
    Thoughts on value? Thanks in advance.

    I would call the 79 cc VF30 with a nice little die clash on the reverse which really doesn't add any value. VG8 looks about right on the 04. $680 total full retail.

    Yes, definite VF on the CC...
    The 04S does look VG to me, though I see a spot of flat rim on the obverse. I recently had one I thought would go VG come back G6, which I disagree with, sometimes you don't get the grade you want.
    Not sure the latter coin is worth grading fees, unless you just want it in a slab.
