1878-P 7 over 8 TF Morgan Doubled Feathers

Hey...First of all I'm old, 68 yrs. old. Also computer illiterate, so please be nice and don't tell me I'm dumb....I already know.
I inherited some coins from my Mom about 20 yrs ago that had belonged to her late husband. The only thing I knew about coins was my meager collection of wheat cents that I had been collecting since I was a kid.
OK, if somebody would be so kind to help me with info about my topic titled Morgan. This coin is UNC and would grade at least MS63 IMHO. Additionally the doubled feathers are strong. I don't have a clue of its value. I Also have about 100 Morgan's that I want to sell and a lot of other silver coins because my kidney cancer has returned and I want to avoid my husband from getting ripped off like he did when he sold his late father's coins. I know....TMI...Sorry. So if you can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
