My friend has this coin, and I took a picture of it to look it up online to see what it is worth. I have looked it up, and the copies look a lot shinier than this one, and I found a site that said one was sold in 03 for like $11,500. Is it real or fake and how much are these going for today?
It is very hard to see anything, looks like the photo was taken in a dark room with the help of a weak flashlight.
Unfortuneately that is definitely a counterfeit. These have been coming out of China and other places for quite some time now. I have several of that exact same piece in a box here at the shop.
