I don't know, bruiser. The reverse may pull it down to G-4, but since it's been (or at least appears to have been) harshly cleaned, it's probably a details grade. Here's a nice photo grading guide for seated liberty quarters:

this is my favorite series. Hopefully one day i will complete it and keep it up!

 

+1. I was thinking a details coin as well, and judging from the reverse, I would not go VG-8.

 

I'd say good -6 details due to the reverse and heavy cleaning obv a solid vg8 and liberty strong it almost looks like a weakly struck reverse especially at the bottom is hard to tell there from what I can see on my iPhone tho
